Sustainable Packaging

We want to make conscious decisions. We are not perfect, but we are aware of the changes that need to be constantly thought about to address the impacts at each step of providing a product and shipping it. We are using compostable satchels, paper recyclable document holders, no printing of invoices or packing slips, noissue stickers are 100% recyclable and compostable and made with FSC-certified materials and soy-based inks, postcards are 100% Recycled  and are fully compostable and recyclable after fulfilling their purpose.

Delivery

We deliver world-wide.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please ensure you provide a contact number and the correct delivery address in order to receive your package. If your details are incorrect Estrella Blue does not assume responsibility for loss of any packages. We also cannot be responsible for any loss or delays caused by the third party shippers.

Customs and import taxes

International shipments can incur customs or import duties and taxes once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns

Item Condition - All items are vintage and pre-loved and some items will show pre-loved wear. We will always do our best to list any imperfections and we have the highest standards for our pieces but please keep in mind some garments are pre-loved and this is exactly what makes each garment unique.

All orders are final. We do not issue refunds, nor accept returns or exchanges.
